We’re beyond proud of staff members Hsae Eh Paw (far right) and Melissa Ko (center), and Bridge Builder Volunteer Ann Suk, who recently published an article about RCP’s Bridge Builder program in the  Journal of Immigrant and Refugee Studies!

This article is the culmination of two years of dedicated evaluation of the impact of RCP’s Bridge Builder program, which matches local residents with migrant and refugee families to build long-term relationships of support and solidarity. In it, you’ll find insights into the strengths and challenges of the BB program, and ideas for how those insights could be applied broadly to mutual aid work, migrant and refugee resettlement, and building supportive communities between neighbors.
