Chef and RCP Member Laetitia crafts a 6-course pop-up dinner alongside Snap Pea Creative Dining for more than 200 guests. Featuring the favorite dishes Laetitia grew up eating in the Republic of the Congo, the feast and fellowship shared is a testament to the power of food to bring communities together across language and culture.
