2022 Impact Storyboard

So many new refugee and migrant residents joined RCP in 2022 in such a short time period that by the end of the year, we estimated to have worked closely with nearly ~1,300. After our internal impact assessments, we realized we’d, in fact, been working with over 1,600. For a small organization, that’s a big number. We welcomed many new staff to the RCP Team, and learned a lot about maintaining an organization’s culture amidst big infrastructural change. We have a long ways to go to get to our dream state – but 2022 was an instrumental year in unfolding toward what is possible. We’re excited to share it with you here.
