OUR APPROACH

At RCP, we work at the neighborhood level to develop a growing base of language justice interpreters, and at the institutional level to identify and eliminate language barriers and develop market demand for local language services.


We engage in a cyclical process of community-led design, holding community convenings to identify common challenges among our migrant and refugee Members and design responsive interventions (like our Language Navigators program). At the same time, we engage in community-led research and advocacy to promote systems-level transformation.
