Bridging Language Gaps in UNC Healthcare

This Final portfolio highlights the opaqueness of language access in UNC’s healthcare system, policies and laws that outline patients rights, and begin mapping power across UNC’s healthcare system. This project used data from RCP’s Community Data Vault to highlight the voices of our communities to center and energize the research.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing this same transformation in hundreds of Members who have moved from fear and isolation into all different kinds of leadership. We can create new models of safety, connection, and belonging.
